Title: General Information about the USF Card
The USFCard is the official identification card of the University of South Florida. The USFCard is a multi-functional card with digitized photo and electronic identification and validation for departments needing to verify student and / or employee status. The USFCard was designed as a platform for a multitude of services and functions, such as checking out a library book or buying groceries at a local supermarket.

Cardholder Responsibilities
A. Use of the USFCard by anyone other than the person to whom it was issued is strictly prohibited.
B. The cardholder is subject to disciplinary actions or other penalties for improper use of the card.
C. The cardholder is responsible for any and all losses associated with the card.
D. Punching holes, marking on the card, adding stickers or altering the card in any way is strictly prohibited.

How much is the USFCard?
The cost for your original card is $10.00. Replacement/re-make cards are $15.00. NOTE: Customers may pay with a credit card or debit card at the USFCard Center. For the safety and security of everyone, customers who wish to pay by cash or check must do so at the Cashier's Office (Tampa Campus-ADM 131; Lakeland Campus-LTB 1135; Sarasota Campus-SMC B116; St.Petersburg Campus-BAY 132). The Cashier's Office will provide a receipt which may be taken to the USFCard Center as proof of payment.

Where do I obtain a USFCard?
Tampa Campus USFCard Center is located in the Phyllis P. Marshall Center, Room 105. Normal hours of operation are: Monday and Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; Tuesday and Wednesday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; and the first Saturday of each month, 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. For more information, please call (813) 974-2357.

Lakeland Campus USFCard Cente
r is located in the Student Services Building LLC. Hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. For more information, please call (863) 667-7021.

Sarasota Campus USFCard Center is located at 8350 N. Tamiami Trail in B116. Normal hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.; Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. For more information, please call (941) 359-4220.

St. Petersburg Campus USFCard Center is located in the Media Center, Poynter Library, POY 221. Normal hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.; Friday, 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Students must first pay at the Cashier's Office [(727) 553-4123] and present their receipt to receive a USFCard. USFCard Information for Distance Learning Students
The USFCard identifies you as a University of South Florida student. Distance learning students can use their USFCard to check out materials from the USF Library; to acquire a USF e-mail address; to gain entry to USF athletic events and campus recreation facilities; to gain student discounts to movie theaters and restaurants; and much more. To obtain your Distance Learning USFCard, please complete and return the Distance Learning USFCard Application.
