Meeting Facilities at Chinsegut Hill Conference & Retreat Center
Chinsegut Hill features several meeting facilities which may be rented for conferences, retreats, weddings, receptions and other social events. The Classroom Building is an air-conditioned facility that accommodates up to 75 people. This facility offers a comfortable setting for programs. A VCR and monitor, overhead projector and screen and dry-marker boards are available for use in this facility.

The Manor House offers four air-conditioned general meeting areas, including the dining room, which can be used for discussion groups; the conference room, which can accommodate up to twelve people; the second floor library, which can accommodate up to 40 people; and the antique-furnished parlor, which is generally reserved for receptions. In addition to these indoor meeting spaces, the grounds offer plenty of outdoor meeting space for groups of almost any size.

Overnight Accommodations at Chinsegut Hill Conference & Retreat Center
Chinsegut Hill also features overnight accommodations. Air-conditioned cabins provide overnight accommodations for up to 56 conference attendees. Each cabin features 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, as well as a common room and front porch which can provide additional meeting space for small groups of five to ten people.

Linens and pillows are provided in all rooms. Individuals must provide their own personal articles (i.e. soap, shampoo, etc.) Individuals are also advised to bring insect repellent and flashlights as a precaution.

Dining Services at Chinsegut Hill Conference & Retreat Center
Food service is provided by The Country Kitchen. Menus can be tailored to meet the needs of your group. Please note that cooking is not allowed at the conference center.

Activities
Bonfires may be permitted upon prior request (weather permitting). Volleyball equipment and horseshoes are also available.

Rental Rates
Rates quoted for the use of the Manor House conference rooms are minimum rates and apply to the hours between 8 am-6 pm. Rental of overnight accommodations include the use of the classroom building. Applicable sales taxes and Hernando County 3% Tourist tax will be charged to all groups that do not provide a copy of a Tax Exemption Certificate proving eligibility.
