BREAKFAST BUFFET

Fluffy Scrambled Eggs, Oscar Mayer Bacon and Sausage Links, Grilled Baby Red Potatoes and Grits, Biscuits and Gravy, Seasonal Fresh Fruitand Yogurt, Assorted Cereals, Florida Orange Juice, Coffee, Decaf and Assorted Teas.

Also choose one of the following:

--Assorted Pastries, Muffins & Bagels

HEARTY LUNCHEONS
All Lunches are served with Fresh Brewed Iced Tea and Raspberry Iced Tea, Coffee and choice of Soup or Salad and a Luncheon Dessert.

Soups: Calico Bean, Baked Potato Soup, Broccoli Cheese, Tomato Basil, Chicken Noodle
Salads: Fresh Garden Salad, Caesar Salad, Creamy Cole Slaw, Cottage Cheese & Fruit
Desserts: Assorted Cookies, Brownies, Apple Cinnamon Pizza

#1. Chef Salad Bar
Leafy Salad Greens, Diced Ham and Chicken, Pepper Bacon and Numerous Assorted Crisp Vegetables, Salad Dressings and Warm Rolls.

#2. Deli Buffet
Assorted Cold Cut Meats (Turkey, Roast Beef, Ham and Corned Beef) and Cheeses, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Onions and Pickles. Pile High on a Kaiser Roll.

#3. All-American BBQ
1/3 pound Hamburgers and 1/4 pound Hot Dogs with all the fixins. Served with Potato Salad, Baked Beans and Cole Slaw.

#4. Gourmet Pizza
Breadeaux Pizza made on wonderful French Bread Crust with the Finest Ingredients. We will provide an Assortment of Toppings or just let us know your Favorites.

#5. Wrap Your Own
Grilled Parmesan Flat Bread you wrap with: Crispy Chicken Strips, Lettuce, Diced Tomatoes, Shredded Cheese, Wisconsin Cheese and a varietoy of your other Favorite Ingredients.

#6. Grilled Chicken Sandwiches
Boneless, Skinless Breast of Chicken, Broiled and Served on a Warm Kaiser Roll with Fresh Vegetable Toppings and a Variety of Sauces.

Lunch Desserts (Select One)
Apple Streusel, Rainbow Sherbet, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Butter Pecan Ice Cream or Homemade Bread Pudding.

DINNER SELECTIONS
All dinners include Soup or Salad, Warm Bread and a Dinner Dessert.

Fresh Baked Chicken Quarters served with Mashed Potatoes, Seasoned Vegetables and Warm Rolls.

Penne Pasta with Marinara and Alfredo Sauce, Meatballs, Italian Herb Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, Assorted Cheese Blend and Parmesan Garlic Bread.

#3. Fish 'N Chips
Deep-Fried Battered Cod served with French Fries, Seasoned Vegetables and Corn Muffins.

#4. Stir Fry
Jasmine rice topped with Stir Fry Veggies and your choice of Grilled Chicken or Tender Steak. Top with your favorite sauce (Teriyaki, Soy Sauce, or Sweet & Sour) and Chow Mein Noodles and Cashews.

#5. Classic Sirloin
A Tender and Juicy 8 oz. Sirloin Steak grilled to perfection, Fresh Baked Potatoes and Seasoned Vegetables.

#6. Smoked Ham Steak
Served with Au Gratin Potations and Seasoned Vegetables.


SPECIAL FEATURES

Peppercorn Flat Iron Steak

Our juicy 10 oz. topped with our signature Peppercorn Sauce and served with Fluffy Baked Potatoes and Seasoned Vegetables.

Chicken and Ribs
Baked and Barbecued Chicken served with tender Pork Ribs. Served up with Fresh Cole Slaw, French Fries and Baked Beans.

A nominal charge is added for breaks served outside the dining room.
